General Information

The following information pertains to both Acupuncture and Biomagnetism appointments. Please read it carefully before your first visit with us. If you have additional questions, please contact us.

Your First Visit

Please bring the details and dosages of any medications, vitamins or minerals you are taking. We ask that you refrain from wearing heavy make-up or scented or perfumed products of any kind. It is important to make sure you have had a light meal or snack before and that you also refrain from drinking alcohol or doing anything physically or emotionally strenuous immediately prior to or after the treatment. For Biomagnetism appointments, please bring a pair of clean socks to wear.

Duration & Frequency

The duration and frequency of treatment depends on a variety of factors including the severity of the complaint, how long the person as suffered from it, the extent to which life-style contributes to it and what drugs are being taken. Some people only need a few treatments while others need extensive care. Initial treatments will be once a week and as the person progresses, their frequency will be decreased to every 2 weeks, once a month and then seasonal “tune-ups".

Fees & Insurance

Acupuncture:
Your first Acupuncture visit will be 1.5-2 hours long and $300.00. Subsequent visits are approximately 1 hour and $150 each.

Biomagnetism:
All Biomagnetism appointments are 1.5-2 hours long and are $300.

While we do not accept insurance we will gladly give you a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company. Payments (cash or check) are expected at the time of service. While we do not accept insurance we will gladly give you a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy

Acupuncture:
Please give at least 48 hours notice when cancelling an initial Acupuncture appointment and at least 24 hours notice when cancelling a follow-up Acupuncture appointment.

Biomagnetism:
Please provide 48 hours notice when cancelling all Biomagnetism appointments.

A full fee will be applied to your bill for any missed appointments outside of these cancellation windows.
